Production

Manage and oversee the materials, manpower, and production process, ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety guidelines are followed.

Operations

Help in improving process, performance, productivity, and efficiency of the team through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

Quality

Responsible for monitoring overall quality in terms of correctness, completeness, accuracy, integrity, scalability, reliability and performance across all QA measures.
