Ever since beginning its journey in 1974, Bajrang moved ahead, get renowned, grew exponentially, expanded its production capacity, upgraded its technology and became India's leading manufacturer of LRPC strands and other types of high carbon steel wires. All our three manufacturing units are located in Jaipur, India.
Combined area of our production units is more than 1 million square feet, which is efficiently run by an arsenal of more than 250 employees. In addition to best-in-class machinery & equipments, our manufacturing units are equipped BIS accredited testing division which performs required quality checks.
Pickling Process
Done to remove impurities, rust and scale from surface of the material

We have large number of machines for different wire diameter and quantum
Galvanizing Process
This enables us to supply high quality wires with absolutely clean surface
Torsion Test
To assess how a material will respond to the stress of repeated twisting motion
Bend Test
To determine wire ductility, bend strength and resistance to fracture
Relaxation Test
To determine the amount of deformation a material experiences over time
Metallurgical Test
To check macro & micro scale visual characteristics of a material
