Soon after his graduation in commerce, Mr. Vijay Kumar Maheshwari (Bajrang Jakhotia) started a small unit to manufacture steel balls for bicycles, catering to some of the prestigious companies like Hero Cycles, Atlas, A-One and RMI. It was in 1993 that he laid the foundation of a new venture - Bajrang Wire Products (India) Pvt. Ltd. for manufacturing high carbon wires to be supplied to state electricity boards and private power & infrastructure sectors.
Sh. Maheshwari is a versatile personality and is quite active in the social circle owing to his thought of giving back to the society. He served as the President of “Maheshwari Samaaj” from 2009–2012. He is reckoned as one of the most dynamic leader societies has ever seen.
Mr. Ashish Maheshwari
Managing Director
Mr. Ashish Maheshwari is the elder son of Mr. Vijay Kumar Maheshwari and Managing Director of the group. He is a mechanical engineering graduate with Masters in Management from the prestigious S.P. Jain Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. In a long span of 18 years, he has been looking after strategy, operations and marketing. Incorporation of new ideas & upgradation of technology is what he has brought to the organization.
He has served as President of Yi chapter of Jaipur in the year 2012. He has been Board Member of CII, Rajasthan State Council and Executive Member of Vishwakarma Industries Association. Currently, he is co-convener for CII panel on MSME & Policy Advocacy. He is also actively involved in various social forums & is currently the National Secretary of Akhil Bharatvarshiya Maheshwari Youth Sangathan.
Mr. Dhruv Maheshwari
Director
Mr. Dhruv Maheshwari is the younger son of Mr. Vijay Kumar Maheshwari. As a young entrepreneur, he has joined the company after completing his Masters in International Marketing from Scotland, U.K. In his career spanning 16 years with the company, he is looking after Procurement, Finance Functions, and Institutional & Export Sales.
He has helped the company explore new markets and is actively looking for new opportunities in the developing nations. He takes care of the cemented pole business too. He is actively involved in business organizations like Entrepreneur Organization (EO) and The Indus Entrepreneur (TIE). He has served in the Board of EO for 2 years.
